When God Finds What You Can’t Name

Scripture references: Psalm 18:19

There is a sacred surrender that unfolds when we abandon ourselves to God’s care. Like lying quietly on a massage table, we release control—not out of helplessness, but out of trust. We don’t need to name every ache; we simply believe the one tending to us will find what needs healing. In the same way, when we yield to Christ, He begins His tender work—restoring, renewing, and revealing.

In that stillness, the Holy Spirit moves through our soul, gently tending to wounds we didn’t even know were there. Emotional aches, buried fears, even physical tension—He smooths over it all with divine tenderness.

In this quiet space, healing begins. New fruit takes root. Clarity rises. You are not forgotten—you are being restored. God doesn’t wait for you to have all the answers; He simply asks you to rest and let Him lead.

As you reflect on that, remember these words: “He led me to a place of safety, he rescued me because he delights in me.”  Psalm 18:19

This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
